SHOOTING TEST

The protection performance of ballistic products is verified through controlled shooting tests performed against different calibers and ammunition types. These tests enable the evaluation of penetration resistance, energy distribution, back-face deformation and multi-hit performance. Through test processes carried out in accordance with international standards, the protection capacity of our products against different threat levels is verified and the resulting data is used in R&D studies to continuously improve protection levels.

DROP TEST

In ballistic protection systems using composite and ceramic technologies, drop and impact effects are critically important. Drop tests analyze product structural integrity, impact resistance and resistance to mechanical damage. Tests performed under different heights and impact scenarios evaluate the effects that may occur during use and verify the effectiveness of developed impact-absorbing solutions. This aims to increase product reliability and structural durability.

TRANSPARENCY TEST

Products leaving the production line are tested in dedicated quality control cabins for transparency and uniform light distribution. Image processing-supported systems allow production-related defects to be detected at an early stage.

SPLIT HOPKINSON PRESSURE BAR TEST

The Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar Test Setup enables analysis of the mechanical behavior of materials under high strain rates. This allows raw material and product performance to be evaluated before production.
